You will be a key contributor to our online success by shaping and executing innovative creative strategies. Your role involves developing visually compelling and conversion-driven campaigns that elevate our brand, engage our audience, and drive e-commerce growth.
• Brand Alignment: Develop thorough understanding of the company's brand value propositions and use this knowledge to inform angles, hooks, and overall messaging in paid media creative.
• Creative Vision & Strategy: Assisting in the development of creative strategy for paid media campaigns across multiple social media platforms while partnering with content and influencer teams to ensure cross-channel consistency and creative cohesion
• Digital Storytelling & Content Direction: Develop compelling narratives and provide creative direction for video and static assets, collaborating with internal teams and external talent to ensure all executions align with brand aesthetics and drive paid media goals
• Data-Driven Creative Testing: Analyze performance data to identify insights, generate hypotheses, and deliver weekly creative tests through new concepts, adaptations, and iterations
• Collaboration & Production Oversight: Assist in overseeing productions and deliverables by ensuring paid media needs are captured, providing strategic feedback, briefing creative partners, and maintaining efficient collaboration across teams
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation in paid media creative by exploring new approaches and partnering with media buyers and eCommerce managers to test, analyze, and scale based on performance insights
• Department Growth: Support the Paid Media Creative Manager in refining workflows, tools, and processes that enable efficient cross-departmental collaboration, creative testing and execution.

• Proven experience leading paid creative strategy for multiple accounts.
• A compelling portfolio of ad creatives for which you have led production.
• Experience leading the production process for paid social assets, shoot briefing.
• Deep understanding of different metrics to measure the success of creative strategies.
• Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with influencers and content creators.
