Growth Marketing Manager We're looking for a strategic Growth Marketing Manager to lead targeted outreach, drive lead generation, and build relationships with decision-makers. This role oversees a marketing team, manages vendor partnerships, and optimizes performance across channels. Key Responsibilities: • Service & Product Management: Monitor current service performance, plan new services, and manage launches. • Website & SEO: Oversee updates, implement SEO strategies, manage blog content, and grow web traffic. • Landing Pages: Maintain and create pages, track visitor data, and optimize conversions. • Campaigns: Manage multi-channel campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, email, SMS, direct mail), track ROI, and oversee review collection. • Partnerships & PR: Develop co-marketing initiatives, manage alliances, and handle PR (webinars, podcasts, press releases). • Marketing Materials: Create and maintain brochures, mailers, banners, and digital assets. • Sales Support: Support sales with updated decks, training materials, and referral program management. • Data & Feedback: Build contact lists, conduct monthly sales feedback sessions, and integrate insights. • Financial Tracking: Monitor sales and ROI by source; manage a $100K monthly budget. • Vendor Management: Lead vendor calls, manage assets, track performance, and ensure cost-effective ROI. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field • 2+ years managing a marketing team • Experience in legal or healthcare marketing preferred • Proficient in CRM, marketing automation, and digital ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Bing) • Proven collaboration with sales teams • Strong analytical and communication skills • Skilled in content creation and campaign optimization
