Our mission is to make camel milk a mainstream, health-forward choice — and we’re scaling fast across retail and D2C channels. Position Overview We’re seeking a hands-on, results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to lead our consumer acquisition and retention efforts. This role requires a hybrid thinker — fluent in both performance marketing and on-ground activations — who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities • Digital Marketing: Manage paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms • Retail Execution: Plan and oversee in-store activations, product demos, and sampling efforts • Promotions & Loyalty: Design consumer offers via SMS, WhatsApp, giveaways, and influencer outreach • Trade Marketing: Coordinate with retail partners and our trade marketing team to grow brand visibility • Team & Vendor Management: Oversee freelance promoters, content creators, and event contractors • Performance Analysis: Track and report key KPIs: CAC, conversion rate, repeat purchase, ROAS • Market Segmentation: Develop audience-specific campaigns, especially targeting Emirati and health-conscious consumers • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Operations; report directly to the CEO Qualifications • 5–8 years of relevant experience in FMCG, food & beverage, wellness, or D2C sectors • Proven track record in both digital performance marketing and field marketing/activations • Deep understanding of UAE retail ecosystem and shopper psychology • Bilingual in Arabic and English preferred • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from marketing data • Resourceful, agile, and proactive — able to thrive in a fast-paced environment What You’ll Gain • Strategic ownership over Camelicious’ consumer marketing roadmap • A high-impact role in a mission-driven brand reshaping functional dairy in the region • Direct access to executive leadership and rapid decision-making • Competitive compensation + bonus • A culture that values initiative, experimentation, and measurable growth
