Our platform is fully built and ready to launch β now we need the right person to drive growth, bring in users, and shape monetization. We have no users currently and have not done any marketing yet. So this is all new and ready for growth from the ground up.
What youβll be doing:
β’ Leading user acquisition across web and mobile (iOS / Android)
β’ Building and optimizing monetization strategies (ads, partnerships, etc.)
β’ Driving SEO (Google rankings, keywords, backlinks, content strategy)
β’ Running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and Reddit Ads
β’ Growing engagement through social media, email, and community tactics
β’ Testing, tracking, and iterating on growth experiments
β’ Reaching out to schools to adopt our platform for their events and sign up lists (free)
What weβre looking for:
β’ Experience growing consumer platforms or apps
β’ Strong knowledge of SEO, growth marketing, and digital channels
β’ Hands-on experience with Google, Meta, and Reddit Ads
β’ Background in monetization strategies and revenue growth
β’ Data-driven but creative mindset
β’ Entrepreneurial, scrappy, and eager to build from the ground up
Compensation:
