This person will work at the intersection of performance marketing and storytelling, crafting bold, high-converting creative that reduces CAC, boosts LTV, and fuels growth across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond
Requirements

β’ Deep experience across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube creati
β’ Proficiency in Figma for concepting, collaborating, and mapping ideas
β’ Strong understanding of UGC, performance creative, and ad testing
β’ Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex production workflows
