The formula combines biomimetic peptides, adaptive botanicals, and nano-empathic delivery agents to subtly influence mood perception and interpersonal dynamics, all without invasive treatments or pharmaceuticals. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Marketing Manager located in Washington, DC. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth, conducting marketing analytics, and managing marketing projects. The role also requires proficiency in web analytics and marketing automation to effectively track and optimize campaigns. Must Have Qualifications: • 3–5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally at a consumer tech or SaaS company • Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns and optimizing funnels based on CAC, LTV, and ROAS • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and attribution tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4) • Strong analytical skills and experience working with A/B testing tools and dashboards (Looker, Tableau, etc.) • Excellent copywriting instincts and a/b testing mindset • Comfortable working in fast-paced, lean startup environments • Deep understanding of growth loops, virality, and lifecycle marketing Nice To Have Qualifications: • Experience with influencer or creator partnerships • Familiarity with tools like Webflow, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Braze • Technical background or familiarity with product-led growth principles • Bonus points for past experience with early-stage startups, mobile apps, or DTC products
