Someone who connects the dots between ads, content, email, sales, and strategy β and drives weekly growth like a machine.
What Youβll Own
β’ Track and report weekly KPIs: sales, AOV, CAC, ROAS, email open/clicks, engagement
β’ Align and manage freelancers (PPC, Meta, Email, SM, Graphic Design)
β’ Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google)
β’ Lead marketing calendar & promotions (weekly themes, launches, bundles)
β’ Ensure execution: email goes out, reels go up, ads get tweaked
β’ Report directly to the founder
