About The Role
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you’ll lead JSX’s paid media strategy and execution to scale Customer acquisition and revenue. Reporting to the Sr Director of Marketing, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results while staying aligned with company objectives.
A Day In The Life
Your day will be fast-paced and data-driven, focused on running campaigns that convert, analyzing performance, and finding new growth opportunities to fuel JSX’s marketing funnel. Additional responsibilities include:
• Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across channels including search, social, display, programmatic, and emerging platforms.
• Develop targeting and retargeting strategies to attract new Customers and convert high-intent users.
• Run A/B tests and implement conversion rate optimization tactics across the funnel.
• Maintain a structured test-and-learn roadmap to identify new growth opportunities.
• Analyze campaign performance using CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CVR, and other key metrics.
• Deliver weekly and quarterly reporting with insights and recommendations.
• Partner with agencies to refine measurement frameworks and attribution models.
• Manage paid media budget, pacing, and forecasting to meet ROI and acquisition goals.
• Collaborate with creative teams on ad content and landing pages.
• Work with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with product launches and seasonal initiatives.

Skill, Licenses, & Certifications
• Deep knowledge of platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic DSPs
• Experience with GA4, Looker, or BI tools for funnel, cohort, and attribution analysis
• Familiarity with CRM/CDP tools such as Segment, HubSpot, Braze, or Klaviyo
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in testing frameworks and business impact modeling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Pay & Perks
Compensation is $60,000-$70,000 annually. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
