Growth Optimisation Manager
Location: Brighton – 3 days in office (non negitable)
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (up to £55,000 for exceptional candidates)

Now we're at a critical point in their journey who can level up their approach to Growth Optimisation Manager. We need someone to take ownership of CRO and SEO. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and tech — with the chance to make a visible, measurable impact from day one.
What you’ll be doing
• Lead the CRO roadmap: running experiments, analysing data, and driving conversion uplift.
• Own and evolve the SEO strategy, working with an external consultant in the short term.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, UX, and development teams to deliver impactful changes.
• Balance different perspectives (brand, product, tech) while pushing forward what really moves the needle.
• Contribute to building a high-performance growth function with no rigid playbook — just real opportunity to create and shape.
What we’re looking for
• Strong hands-on experience in CRO, and SEO (not development, but an ability to work with dev teams and validate implementation).
• Someone highly collaborative, able to manage multiple stakeholders with confidence.
• A track record of driving measurable growth in ecommerce or tech environments.
• Curious, ambitious mindset — not someone looking to coast.
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments where you’ll learn, contribute, and teach.
