Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Growth Partner to lead PlusBase's expansion in the UK market. The ideal candidate has a strong background in e-commerce, specifically in dropshipping and print-on-demand (POD), and possesses excellent community-building skills. You will be responsible for building a network of sellers and collaborating with partners to grow the market.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Seller Engagement & Acquisition: Leverage your background as a seller to engage with the dropshipping and POD community, attracting new sellers to ShopBase.
β’ Community Building: Build and nurture a strong community of dropshipping/POD sellers in the UK market. Experience in community-building is a plus.
β’ Partnership & Collaboration: Work closely with influencers, affiliates, and partners to promote ShopBase, expand the user base, and establish strategic alliances.
β’ Seller Support & Development: Provide support and guidance to sellers to ensure they succeed on ShopBase, and develop initiatives to help sellers grow their business.
Key Requirements:
β’ Seller Background: Proven experience in e-commerce, with a background in dropshipping or print-on-demand. Prior experience as a seller is essential.
β’ Connections with Sellers: A strong network of sellers who have experience in dropshipping/POD, with the ability to leverage these connections for seller acquisition.
β’ Community Building Experience: Proven ability to build and manage seller communities. Prior experience in community development is a strong advantage.
β’ Partnership Development: Experience working with partners, influencers, and affiliates to expand market reach.
Preferred Skills:
β’ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
β’ Ability to work independently and take ownership of the UK marketβs growth.
β’ Experience in the UK e-commerce landscape.
β’ Familiarity with social media and online marketing strategies.
