Salary: $120,000 + equity
Type: Full-time
The Role
We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager who will bring a framework-driven, systems-to-scale mindset to our next stage of growth. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, AI and analytics. We’re looking for a builder who can design playbooks, run experiments, and discover insights that turn into scalable growth systems.
What You’ll Do
• Build scalable frameworks: Design and run A/B testing and experimentation processes across the funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization).
• Drive customer acquisition & activation: Partner with marketing and product teams to optimize channel performance (paid, referral, lifecycle) and ensure strong buyer/seller activation.
• Optimize lifecycle engagement: Shape personalization, segmentation, and messaging strategies to deepen retention and repeat purchase behavior.
• Develop growth systems: Collaborate with engineering and data to implement martech, attribution, and analytics infrastructure that scales with the business.
• Own insights & reporting: Push our North Star metrics, build dashboards, and communicate growth results and learnings across the org.
• Forecast & prioritize: Work with leadership to allocate budget and resources against the highest-impact opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
• 4–6 years of experience in growth, product, or marketing roles, ideally in consumer marketplaces, e-commerce, or subscription businesses.
• Strong operator who has directly executed user acquisition, activation, or retention programs.
• Experience with experimentation frameworks, attribution modeling, and marketing analytics.
• A systems thinker who can design repeatable processes while staying hands-on with execution.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort translating data into strategy.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally (product, design, creative, engineering).
• Exposure to marketplace dynamics (two-sided growth strategies for buyers/sellers).
• Familiarity with growth stacks (CRM, attribution, analytics, automation).
What You’ll Bring
• 5+ years experience in ecommerce, DTC, or marketplace growth
• Experience managing high-SKU environments (1,000+ SKUs)
• A systems mindset; you think in terms of infrastructure, scalability, and automation
• Leader with a strong focus on scaling through systems-driven thinking and building high-impact startup organizations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Bonus: A passion for food, wellness, or supporting independent brands
