Role Overview
This role focuses on managing and growing client accounts by developing tailored strategies that align with client business goals. The Growth Strategist plays a key role in delivering performance insights, guiding client campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive management. Key Responsibilities

β’ Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and campaigns are aligned with their business objectives.
β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, regularly providing updates and gathering feedback.
β’ Collaborate with the internal team to deliver solutions that enhance client satisfaction and retention.

β’ Performance Monitoring, Reporting and Analysis:

β’ Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
β’ Conduct regular performance reviews with clients, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights to achieve desired outcomes.
β’ Work with clients to apply the best methodology for creating and measuring KPIs, based on their specific business model, media mix and retail channels. Reports detailing performance metrics, progress toward goals, and recommendations for future actions.

β’ Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell OMG Commerce services to dedicated clients, helping them expand their digital marketing efforts.

β’ Assist in preparing strategic presentations or pitches for clients looking to explore new opportunities or market expansions.

Required Skills And Qualifications
