Role description
Growth/Acquisition Marketing Manager at The Better Menopause — helping women thrive in midlife At The Better Menopause, we’re here to make a real difference in women’s lives with a range of clinically-formulated, award-winning supplements and information to help women thrive in midlife. Founded by multi-exit entrepreneur Debbie Wosskow OBE, creator of AllBright and Love Home Swap, following her own experience with perimenopause, The Better Menopause is on a mission to empower women through midlife with clarity, confidence and care. Together with our in-house doctor and nutritionist, we are here to support women in midlife with the solutions they deserve, proven tools, practitioner-grade supplements, and a brand voice that respects their intelligence and lived experience. We're growing fast, and this is your chance to help bring that message to more women in the UK and beyond. The role We’re looking for a driven growth marketer to take ownership of our paid marketing growth, scaling revenue at cost-effective CPAs. The job scope, title and salary are flexible - we care most about finding the right person. You’ll be responsible for a key lever in our growth plans, focusing on Meta and Google ads to start, and expanding into other channels as we grow. It’s a chance to shape the future of our growth engine and be part of a company genuinely improving women’s lives. You will have the opportunity to own the full paid function, from strategy through execution, using data to make smart decisions. You’ll know the metrics inside out — from CTR and thumbstop through to CPA, CAC, ROAS and LTV. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Creative Lead to test, learn, and scale what works. Responsibilities • Own all performance channels - currently Meta and Google - with a focus on Meta for now, but testing into new channels as we grow. • Manage and optimise paid social activity from thumbstop, CTR, CVR, CPA to business outcomes such as ROAS, CAC and LTV. • Translate ad performance into meaningful insights to guide creative and targeting • Collaborate with our Creative Content Lead to align creative testing with funnel needs and performance insights • Ensure tracking is working properly and audit our Meta and Google account set ups and reporting • Build, manage and forecast budgets based on customer acquisition goals and LTV modelling • Report clearly on performance trends, test insights, and future opportunities • Improve paid marketing processes • Shape long-term strategy for paid social growth as part of the wider marketing team About you • You have 1-5 years experience in paid social and google performance marketing, ideally in D2C or subscription ecommerce • You are a rare blend of analytical, creative and tech-savvy - combining numerical literacy, a good eye for design and technical ability • You understand the full stack of performance metrics — from thumbstop rate, CTR and CPA to ROAS, CAC and LTV • You’re comfortable working with datasets, and can ideally code some SQL • You’re commercially sharp and customer-focused — you know how to drive results without losing sight of the brand • You’ve worked closely with creative teams to iterate fast and scale winning assets • You’re excited by the challenge of building something new and ready to help shape the team, tools and strategy that power our next stage Benefits • Gorgeous office 5-mins walk from Oxford Circus • Competitive salary - £50k • Job scope, title and salary are flexible - we care most about finding the right person • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays • Pension Scheme with 3% employer contribution • Hybrid working - 2-3 days a week to work together and enjoy each other’s company • Career progression and supportive colleagues How to apply Please follow the link to go through the application process. We’ll confirm receipt of your application and aim to get back to you within two weeks. If you haven’t heard from us by then, we’re really sorry — it means your application wasn’t successful this time.
