About the Engagement:
Zonberation Group is partnering with TikTok to support their Monetization Product Partnerships in North America. We are building a specialized outreach team to accelerate the client's partner ecosystem growth. This role serves as an extension of the client's internal partnerships team, executing critical business development initiatives.
Duration: This is a 5-Month contract positioin.
Schedule: 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week

Rate: 35-50 USD Per Hour
Scope of Services
We will provide our client TikTok with expertise in strategic go-to-market execution and business partnerships to assist MPP with growing its Shop Ads and Campaign Management ecosystem:
1. Partnership Enablement
a. Cultivate a strong understanding of TikTok's monetization product partnerships, focusing on Shop Ads and Campaign Management.
b. Design onboarding and training programs that empower partners to effectively position and promote TikTok's monetization solutions.
c. Develop "better together" value proposition and messaging with key partners in collaboration with Partner Managers and Product teams.
1. Go to Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution
a. Formulate and execute an end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new Shop Ads partners.
b. Administer and optimize the use of Marketing Development Funds (MDFs) to maximize ROI and achieve critical business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in GTM strategy, business development, or partnership management, preferably in ad monetization (Shop Ads, performance marketing, or e-commerce platforms).
- Proven track record in designing and executing end-to-end GTM strategies (e.g., launched ≥3 strategies/quarter with ≤15-day turnaround).
- Hands-on experience managing Marketing Development Funds (MDF), optimizing ROI (target ≥1.5x), and supporting co-marketing campaigns.
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel/SQL) to drive decision-making and measure partner growth metrics (e.g., activation rates, onboarding satisfaction).
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, working with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop joint value propositions.
- [Nice-to-Have] Experience with TikTok Ads Manager, Salesforce, or partner enablement tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with tight deadlines (5-month project cycle).
