Welcome to StoreLab! Who are we? We’re a young, ambitious Shopify Growth Service start-up, launched in 2020 and set for significant growth in 2025 and beyond. Our mission is to make e-commerce growth simple for Shopify SMEs through expert performance marketing, creative and strategic services – alongside our proprietary mobile app builder. Who are you? We're looking for a Head of Account Management to join our fast-growing Account Management team. We’re in an exciting high-growth phase, onboarding high-revenue, fast-scaling clients every month. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic partner to some of our most valuable and complex clients – helping them succeed across both app-commerce and Meta Ads. You’ll manage three Account Managers directly and play a key role in expanding the team as we scale. You’ll oversee a portfolio of ambitious DTC brands, serving as the central point of contact across onboarding, campaign execution, reporting, and performance optimisation. You’ll guide projects from concept to completion – coordinating with creatives, developers, and fellow AMs to ensure seamless execution and outstanding client outcomes. You’ll be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic plans, and nurturing long-term client relationships - as well as your own team. The team’s success is your success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day to day and wants to work closely with multiple teams and colleagues to grow their career. Must-Have Skills and Experience • Proven experience in an e-commerce, client-facing role (e.g. Account Management, Paid Social, Project Management, or Customer Success) • Management experience • Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) • Strong communicator across email, calls, and meetings, with excellent relationship-building skills • Organised and able to manage multiple clients, campaigns, and deadlines with ease • Confident copywriter for social, ads, and push notifications • Data-driven, with the ability to analyse performance and create actionable reports • Detail-oriented, with a good eye for design, user experience, and creative quality • Able to give constructive feedback on creative assets, features, and campaigns • Experience leading complex client projects and coordinating cross-functional teams Bonus If You Have • Experience working in a creative, marketing, or social media agency • Knowledge of mobile commerce and app commerce • Experience setting up and managing a push notification schedule (or similar content for email or social platforms) • Experience using website builders like Shopify (or similar platforms) • Professional experience using the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store • Experience with Google Ads Some Specifics • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent • Start Date: 2025 • Holiday: Unlimited • Salary: £50-65K (depending on experience) • Location: Flexible/Hybrid. We have team days in our London office twice a month for collaboration, socialising, and onboarding. The account management has been known to come in more often on an ad-hoc basis. • Right to Work: While we hope to sponsor the right people and roles in the future, we are currently not set up to do so. Please only apply if you have the right to work in the UK for at least the next 12 months. Culture & DEI Statement At StoreLab, we are committed to building a culture where everyone belongs. We believe that having a diverse team is key to our success and innovation. StoreLab continually invests in and reflects on how we can further promote our diverse culture, creating a space where all feel safe, seen, and supported. Interview Process We aim to progress quickly and efficiently through 3 interview stages: • Initial Screening Call – A 30-minute conversation with our Head of Marketing to learn more about the company and role, as well as for us to learn about your experience, interests, and career goals. • Competency-Based Interview – A deeper dive into your experience and expertise, coupled with a short task mimicking a potential real life situation. 30-45 minutes. • “Who” & Culture Round – A final chat with our CEO and your potential team members to ensure a good fit for both sides. 60 minutes.
