Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Head of Acquisition. The Head of Acquisition will be responsible for strategizing and executing customer acquisition campaigns, analyzing performance data, managing the acquisitions team, and driving sales initiatives. You will oversee paid media, SEO, referral programs, and emerging growth tactics while pushing the boundaries of traditional acquisition strategies. This role is critical in scaling our growth efforts globally, optimizing performance across multiple channels, and ensuring sustainable, high-ROI outcomes. Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy • Design and implement a comprehensive, multi-channel growth strategy focused on scaling user acquisition across paid, organic, and referral channels. • Own the customer acquisition funnel, identifying and addressing gaps to maximize conversion at every stage. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with company objectives and customer behavior insights. Paid Media Execution • Lead and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging ad networks. • Drive experimentation through A/B testing, targeting, and bidding strategies to achieve maximum ROAS and scalability. • Implement AI and machine learning tools to refine audience targeting, automate bidding, and improve personalization. Conversion Optimization • Work with engineers, product, and design teams to continuously improve on-site conversion. • Identify and resolve friction points across the funnel to reduce drop-off and cart abandonment. • Use experimentation, CRO best practices, and data-driven insights to optimize user experience and maximize sales. SEO Leadership • Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility, drive qualified traffic, and improve site rankings. • Oversee technical, on-page, and off-page SEO efforts, ensuring synergy with content and product marketing. • Utilize data and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and adjust strategies dynamically. Referral and Viral Growth Programs • Create and manage referral programs to drive word-of-mouth growth and increase customer lifetime value. • Leverage creative incentives and viral mechanics to achieve widespread adoption of referral initiatives. Data-Driven Experimentation • Use analytics and customer data to guide campaign strategies and optimize performance. • Build dashboards and reports to track performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. • Embrace data-driven personalization, creating content tailored to individual user behaviors in real time. Exploring New Channels • Identify and test new growth opportunities on emerging platforms • Stay at the forefront of marketing innovation, implementing creative tactics to reach untapped audiences. Requirements • Experience: 10+ years in an acquisition-focused role within eCommerce, with proven success in paid media, SEO, and referral marketing within a cross-border or international eCommerce setting. • Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong ability to analyze campaign data and make informed, strategic decisions to improve acquisition performance and ROI. • Paid Media Expertise: Proficiency in managing paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Google Analytics; experience with additional channels (TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) is a plus. • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns across different regions and platforms. • Global Perspective: Understanding of cross-border shopping behaviors and ability to adapt strategies for different markets and cultural nuances. • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to clearly report on campaign performance and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
