Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate Business Development with a strong background in the fashion industry to help scale our AI-powered fashion platform in the U.S. market. You will be responsible for identifying and driving strategic brand partnerships and channel opportunities with fashion brands, boutiquesοΌdesigners, and e-commerce players.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and build strategic business partnerships with U.S.-based fashion brands, designers, and platforms
- Lead negotiations and co-develop brand activations, collaborations, and co-marketing initiatives
- Utilize market insights and data to refine partnership strategy and improve performance
- Build and maintain a robust partner database and long-term relationship management framework
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver partnership impact
- Represent the company at industry events, fashion shows, pop-ups, and networking meetups to build brand presence
- Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for all partnership initiatives and continuously optimize processes
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in business development, brand partnerships, or channel strategy in the fashion industry
- Proven success working with U.S.-based fashion brands (e.g., Revolve, Glossier, Alo Yoga, Fashion Nova, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree or higher; degrees in Fashion Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields are preferred
- Deep understanding of the U.S. fashion e-commerce landscape and emerging brand trends
- Excellent negotiation, project management, and cross-functional communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
Nice-to-Haves:
- Existing UGC/influencer/KOL network, with experience collaborating with creators, stylists, or buyers
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Pinterest, Instagram, and TikTok from a commercial perspective
- Background in AI or tech-meets-fashion industries is a strong plus
