Role Description As the Head of Brand - Creative and Community, you will own brand strategy and creative execution across our organic channels to reduce the cost of acquisition by growing organic sales. You will lead social-first content, creator collaborations, PR, community, and brand storytelling across key markets. You will not manage paid media or performance marketing budgets, but you will collaborate closely with the performance team to supply standout, channel-native creative and insights that improve results. The role is fully remote worldwide, with a preference for UK or Germany time zones. You report directly to the CEO. Key Responsibilities • Lead, mentor, and manage a remote team of social, creator, and content specialists, plus a bench of freelancers. • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment with clear goals, feedback rhythms, and professional growth. • Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews tied to brand and organic outcomes. • Define and maintain a distinct brand strategy, narrative, and visual system across all key markets. • Develop and implement a social-first content strategy and weekly publishing cadence that increases organic sessions and brand search while lowering blended CAC. • Own the brand calendar across launches, restocks, and evergreen moments, ensuring cross-functional alignment. • Professionalize and scale our creator program: manage 300-500 monthly collaborations, optimizing for content quality, reach, and attributable revenue. • Build an ambassador tiering model and creator CRM to guide progression from gifting to affiliate to paid to hero talent. • Launch series our community loves: try-ons, fit education, behind the scenes, maker and material stories. • Establish brand guidelines, UGC standards, and scalable templates to ship high-quality content at speed. • Collaborate with CRM to grow the email list from organic and creator channels, aligning content and lead magnets. • Partner with PR and strategic partners to earn coverage that amplifies our unique fit story and product innovation. • Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Finance to ensure launch readiness, localization, and budget discipline. • Provide performance-ready creative variants and hooks for the paid team to test, without owning media buying. • Monitor and analyze performance using Shopify Insights, other attribution tools, and platform analytics, turning insights into clear recommendations and fast iteration. • Provide regular reports to senior leadership, highlighting wins, learnings, and next bets. Qualifications • 3+ years of leading brand or creative in DTC fashion or fitness categories, with a portfolio of social-first work. • Proven track record reducing CAC via organic channels, not just paid, with measurable impact on revenue and brand search. • Deep knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, UGC and lo-fi formats, and creator ecosystems. Excellent communication, networking, and storytelling skills with a strong editorial eye. • Hands-on ability to brief, produce, and ship content, or to direct production end-to-end. • An analytical mindset with the ability to connect creativity to outcomes and optimize quickly. • Experience with Shopify, Attribution, Google Analytics, Figma or Adobe, Notion or Airtable, and creator CRM tools. • Strong leadership in remote environments, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management. • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership setting. • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a passion for fashion and ideally the fitness space. • Fluent in English is a must; other languages such as German, French, Swedish, or Dutch are a plus.
