Weβre hiring a Head of Consumer Marketing to lead our consumer evolution. This leader will define our consumer brand strategy, drive engagement with the envelope and magazine, accelerate awareness and usage of Clipp.com and our app, creating an offline and online community.
What Youβll Do
β’ Lead consumer brand marketing to ensure Valpak Clipp publications is anticipated every month.
β’ Drive consumer engagement across print, digital, and app experiences.
β’ Grow adoption and repeat usage of Clipp.com, our social channels, text messaging, and our mobile apps.
β’ Grow our followings and organic views on platforms like Instagram and Tiktok
β’ Blend savings, lifestyle content, and local discovery into one unified brand story.
β’ Oversee performance marketing to deliver measurable traffic, engagement, and transactions.
β’ Build and mentor a high-performing team.
Requirements
What Weβre Looking For
β’ 12+ years of consumer marketing leadership, including VP-level or equivalent experience.
β’ Proven success in consumer brand transformation and consumer growth.
β’ Strength in both consumer brand building and performance marketing.
β’ Experience driving engagement and experiences for consumers, ideally in consumer goods.
β’ Strong communication, leadership, and storytelling skills.
