Role description
Head of Digital Manchester 3 days / week - Hybrid This role will lead digital growth across DTC, Amazon & performance marketing We're looking for a commercially-minded digital leader to take full ownership of a growing brand’s digital ecosystem, driving performance, customer growth, and brand impact across DTC, Amazon, paid media, CRM, and all key digital channels. As Head of Digital, you’ll lead the digital strategy, balancing performance marketing with compelling brand execution. Reporting to the Marketing Director and managing a small team, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting ecommerce results with broader brand ambitions. Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Leadership Own and evolve the digital growth strategy across DTC and Amazon Champion CRO and customer journey optimisation Lead digital brand campaign planning and ensure alignment with overall business strategy Oversee all digital channel performance and execution Performance & Commercial Ownership Manage digital budgets focused on ROAS, CPA, conversion, and revenue Develop and implement trading plans to hit commercial targets Use insight and data to identify growth opportunities and make investment cases Drive testing, optimisation, and innovation across paid media, UX, and creative Brand & Content Leadership Act as brand guardian across digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency and best-in-class execution Lead digital content, paid social, campaign strategy, and always-on planning Translate above-the-line concepts into impactful digital activations Collaborate with creatives for high-quality, digital-first brand expression What We’re Looking For 8+ years in digital marketing or ecommerce, ideally in consumer brands Proven track record in scaling DTC and Amazon channels Skilled in paid media, CRO, content, and CRM strategy Experienced in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Shopify, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution Commercially driven with strong analytical skills and creative insight
