Head of Digital
We are supporting a leading PE-backed consumer, leisure, and hospitality business undergoing significant digital transformation. With ambitious growth plans and a strong customer first culture, the business is seeking a Head of Digital to shape and deliver a strategy that enhances customer experience, drives commercial performance and builds long term brand equity.
Reporting to the Customer Director, you will own the digital trading agenda, develop the roadmap for new capabilities, and build a high performing team that delivers measurable results.
Responsibilities
• Lead the digital transformation agenda and define a customer first strategy
• Own web and app trading across CX, UX, SEO, CRO, analytics and merchandising
• Partner with data, CRM and technology teams to drive personalisation and tailored experiences
• Build and inspire a growing digital team while working cross functionally with marketing, sales and revenue
Requirements
• 10+ years in digital strategy and ecommerce leadership, ideally within leisure, hospitality, travel or consumer services
• Strong expertise in SEO, CRO, UX and digital merchandising, with experience scaling digital teams
• Commercial track record delivering brand equity and measurable outcomes through digital channels
• Leadership skills with the ability to develop, inspire and influence across functions
