Theyβve built a thriving customer base, strong unit economics, and a top-tier team β and now theyβre looking for a Senior Digital Growth Lead (or Head of Digital Growth) to own the digital engine end to end.

You'll lead across acquisition, CRO, and retention - setting strategy, managing a small high-performing team, and ensuring performance is dialled in across every touchpoint.
