With strong D2C foundations and international growth underway (UK, EU, US, Japan), we’re now hiring a Head of Digital to own our online growth strategy and customer journey end-to-end.
The Role
You will lead digital growth across all channels and touchpoints — from customer acquisition through to on-site conversion, retention, and loyalty. This is a hands-on but strategic role where you’ll bring together paid, organic, social, CRM, and e-commerce optimisation into one commercial growth engine.
Reporting directly to the MD, you will set strategy, guide the digital team, and deliver measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Traffic: Acquisition & Retention
• Oversee paid media strategy (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest).
• Drive CRM and retention (email, SMS, loyalty programmes).
• Grow organic traffic (SEO / GPT-SEO).
• Develop affiliate, influencer ROI, and digital partnerships.
• Guide content & social activity with a commercial lens.
Conversion: E-commerce & Experience
• Own the on-site customer journey.
• Optimise navigation, product pages, checkout, and merchandising.
• Run conversion rate optimisation (A/B tests, landing pages, upsells, bundling).
• Manage e-commerce tooling (apps, reviews, referrals, subscriptions).
Measurement & Growth Leadership
• Build and own the digital dashboard: CAC, ROAS, LTV, CVR, AOV.
• Present clear performance insights weekly with actions.
• Manage and develop a small digital team.
• Deliver consistent, scalable growth aligned to company targets.
About You
• 5+ years in digital marketing/e-commerce for a consumer/D2C brand (fashion, lifestyle, premium e-commerce preferred).
• Proven track record across both acquisition (paid/organic/partnerships) and retention (CRM/loyalty).
• Strong e-commerce knowledge: UX, CRO, site optimisation.
• Commercially sharp: understand CAC, LTV, cohorts, conversion metrics.
• Hands-on enough to test and analyse, but strategic enough to set the roadmap.
• Collaborative, pragmatic, entrepreneurial — thrives in a fast-moving scale-up.
