We’re looking for a commercially minded senior marketer to own every lever of digital acquisition and growth — paid, organic, CRM, email, CRO.
You’ll decide where every pound goes, and you’ll see the results in real time.

You’ll work directly with senior leadership, own a significant digital budget, and have the autonomy to test, learn, and optimise for maximum ROI.
What you’ll own.
• Full-funnel digital acquisition strategy — Paid Social, PPC, SEO, CRO, email marketing, and organic social.
• Performance optimisation — Lower CAC, improve ROAS, and maximise LTV.
• Lifecycle marketing — Build and optimise CRM, segmentation, and automated journeys (Klaviyo or similar).
• Website acquisition elements — Landing pages, content scheduling, conversion tactics.
• Team growth — Manage and mentor a marketing exec, with scope to expand as results grow.
• Budget & reporting — Own allocation, track ROI, and report directly to senior leadership.
What you’ll bring.
• 5+ years’ experience in performance marketing / digital acquisition for D2C or e-commerce brands.
• Proven track record in CRM and email marketing.
• Strategic yet hands-on approach — able to set the vision and deliver.
• Strong commercial mindset — fluent in ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics.
