Role description

We are currently seeking a Head - Digital Transformation for one of our very well-known client, to be based in their Dubai office. Job Purpose: • The Digital Transformation Lead is tasked with driving the strategic digital initiatives that will modernize our systems, improve our organizational agility and deliver an enhanced experience to our Guests. • This role acts as a central catalyst for digital innovation, partnering with stakeholders across functions to design, coordinate, and implement change initiatives that align with organizational goals. The role balances delivery with governance, stakeholder engagement, and cultural enablement to embed sustainable digital capabilities across the organization. Job Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end conception, planning and delivery of digital transformation programme and workstreams. • Translate company's strategy and our Guest Masterplan into actionable digital roadmaps and delivery plans, aligning the organizations vision with our guest experience goals. • Serve as the central point of accountability for programme delivery, stakeholder alignment, and digital maturity advancement. • Align internal business needs and regulatory requirements with user expectations and digital best practices. • Lead transformation governance, including reporting, risk management, budget oversight, and vendor performance. • Ability to evaluate, challenge, and collaborate with digital agencies, system integrators, and software vendors. • Help to drive adoption through change management activities, internal alignment, and upskilling where needed. Ensure initiatives deliver outcomes on time, within budget and to scope. • Shape and evolve company's digital strategy in line with emerging technologies and user needs. • Identify and champion opportunities to improve services through digitization, automation and data-driven insight. • Partner with IT, data, and operational teams to ensure digital delivery is scalable, secure, and aligned. • Build strong partnerships with executive leaders, delivery teams, end users and external vendors. • Facilitate collaborative workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder forums to co-design change. • Develop and deliver targeted communications that build buy-in and maintain momentum. • Manage expectations and ensure continuous feedback loops between delivery and business teams. • Serve as a digital ambassador across the organization, building internal capabilities and digital literacy. Skills: • Expertise with DXP platforms, Headless CMS & Microservices Architecture, Omnichannel Architecture, CRM, web technologies, app frameworks, CDP and personalization engines, eCommerce, loyalty platforms • Experience in Agile methodologies. • Aviation (preferable) or other relevant Sectors • Consumer/ B2C Brands Core Activities Experience: • Strategy Implementation, Digital Transformation, Product Development, Strategy Communication, Programme Leadership, Leadership Engagement, Digital Transformation Delivery.
