As we scale we're looking for an obsessive head of ecom for IPWT and our other brands.. if you live and breathe offers, funnels and browse ClickBank and Pinterest in equal measure, this is perfect for you.
What youβll own
β’ Conversion-rate optimisation across the whole funnel (site tests, checkout, payments).
β’ We want someone who will obsess over RPV - but with great taste and design sense.
β’ Email/SMS lifecycle: segmentation, offers, automated flows.
β’ Merchandising calendar: when to launch, discount, bundle or upsell.
β’ Daily reporting on RPV, AOV and list-driven revenue.
You should already
β’ Understand offers deeply -
β’ Be fluent in GA4, Klaviyo (or equivalent) and A/B-testing stacks (ABConvert/Intelligems)
β’ Think in LTV/RPV, not vanity metrics.
β’ Write copy and queries with equal ease.
β’ Your Twitter feed should be full of Norse Organics, Primal Queens, Skims, Javvy Coffee, test concepts.
