Role description
High-Growth Consumer Brand | £50m+ Revenue | London Hybrid Up to £130K base + generous stock options We’re partnering with one of the UK’s most exciting consumer scale-ups - a fast-growing lifestyle brand backed by top-tier investors, operating in a category going through truly significant growth. They are hiring a Head of eCommerce, in a newly created role, owning the full digital revenue engine across performance marketing, trading, and digital customer acquisition. You’ll be responsible for scaling online revenue through smart spend allocation, channel strategy, and commercial thinking. While you’ll initially work with an agency, the plan is to build your own in-house team over time. This is a strategic leadership role - executional support is in place. If you’ve led eComm growth, worked closely with performance, pricing, CRM, or product teams, and understand how digital channels connect to P&L outcomes, this role is for you. What You’ll Do • Own digital performance and Ecommerce strategy with a view to driving significant online growth. • Leverage key data and insights to guide campaign planning, budget allocation, and growth decisions • Lead pricing, discounting, and product push strategies in collaboration with Ops and Product • Manage creative testing, targeting, and media mix • Drive improvements across CAC, POAS, AOV, and CVR - always with a view on revenue and profitability • Oversee CRM and subscription marketing to support repeat rate and long-term value What We’re Looking For • Highly analytical mindset - you might have a background in investment banking or consultancy before entering the world of Ecommerce - combined with a track record driving online growth through digital performance and Ecommerce strategies. • Strong grasp of digital trading mechanics - confident in making calls on spend, pricing, and product mix • Experience leading or overseeing media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok and affiliates with 7-figure budgets • Analytical mindset - fluent in performance metrics, margin impact, and unit economics • A bias for action - able to move fast, test often, and back decisions with data This is an opportunity to join a brand with real momentum, established product-market fit, and now on a huge growth-push - with a plan to exit at high valuation, which you will directly benefit from through generous stock-option scheme.
