THE COMPANY • We’re a growth partner that scales eCommerce brands to $10M+ in annual revenue. • We work with select brands on both service and profit-share/equity models, combining combining client services with profit-share/equity partnerships. • Our team spans Paid Social, CRO, email/SMS, organic, finance, etc. giving us a full-service growth engine that can execute on every lever. • In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with founders, experienced growth marketers, and operators, giving you both visibility and influence across every area of the business. • This is an opportunity to test, learn, and scale across multiple brands, with the freedom to explore big ideas and the support of a high-performing team. • Compensation is structured with competitive pay and significant performance bonuses—because when the brands grow, so does your upside. THE ROLE • You’ll be a key driver of growth across our portfolio of eCommerce brands, acting as the quarterback who helps keep strategy, execution, and priorities aligned. • Your job is to understand each brand deeply, analyzing its current performance, customer base, and opportunities for scale. • From there, you’ll work closely with our ads team, website/CRO team, email/SMS team, organic marketers, finance, and operations to set strategies and ensure they’re executed effectively. • You won’t be siloed into one channel, you’ll sit at the center of the growth machine, making sure every part of the business is working together toward profitable scale. • This role carries big responsibility and big upside. It’s not just about managing day-to-day, it’s about spotting opportunities, keeping teams aligned, and helping our brands scale smarter and faster. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Get to know each brand inside and out, analyze current performance, funnels, products, and customer behavior. • Work with internal teams (ads, CRO, email/SMS, organic, finance, ops) to set growth strategies and priorities for each brand. • Use data (LTV, CAC, AOV, margins, conversion rates) to identify growth opportunities and risks. • Ensure offers, messaging, and strategy are aligned across all channels. • Collaborate directly with brand founders to translate goals into clear action plans. • Keep the growth engine running smoothly — making sure every team is aligned and executing. • Constantly test, learn, and refine strategies to drive scalable results. • Spot bottlenecks or gaps across teams and step in to keep execution moving forward. WHAT YOU'LL BRING • 4+ years of experience in eCommerce growth or operations with exposure to multiple channels (ads, retention, CRO, organic). • A strong understanding of scaling DTC brands, including the key metrics (LTV, CAC, AOV, margins, conversion). • Proven experience working cross-functionally to align teams and drive results. • Excellent communication and organizational skills, you can keep multiple moving parts coordinated and on track. • A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, you know when to set direction and when to dive into details. • Apparel experience is a big plus, since many of our brands are in this space, but not required. • Hunger, curiosity, and drive, you thrive in a fast-paced environment where the ceiling is high and the upside is real.
