As the category leader in performance health, we deliver physician-led, personalized age management programs to high-performing individuals who want to live better, longer. With a foundation of clinical excellence and a fast-growing, mission-driven team, we’re expanding rapidly through our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channel and emerging Corporate Wellness partnerships.
We’re seeking a Head of Growth who can architect, hunt and execute our next stage of DTC expansion. This role is ideal for a data-obsessed, scrappy operator who’s comfortable owning revenue, building from scratch, and driving scalable acquisition and retention strategies.
Duties And Responsibilities
DTC Growth Strategy & Execution
• Develop and own the company’s Direct-to-Consumer growth roadmap
• Lead the end-to-end customer acquisition strategy, including paid media, referral programs, SEO, and CRO
• Build and scale multi-channel marketing funnels to drive lead generation, conversions, and lifetime value
• Own and optimize pricing, offers, landing pages, and campaign performance across all digital channels
• Lead A/B testing frameworks and rapid experimentation cycles to find high-leverage wins
Partnership Development
• Identify, build, and manager strategic partnerships that expand reach, drive lead generation, and unlock new revenue channels.
• Develop co-marketing and referral programs with aligned brands, affiliates, and distribution partners
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate partnerships into broader acquisition, sales, and retention strategies
Sales Enablement & Conversion Optimization
• Set the vision, KPIs, and cadence for high-performance sales teams
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure a seamless handoff and high close rates on inbound leads
• Build and iterate on lead scoring, nurturing flows, and qualification systems
• Partner with Sales to track attribution, improve funnel efficiency, and reduce CAC
Retention & Lifecycle Strategy
• Design and implement programs to increase member retention and reactivate lapsed clients
• Build cross-sell and upsell initiatives that maximize LTV and deepen member engagement
• Collaborate with Product and Clinical teams to communicate value throughout the customer lifecycle
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Tech, and Executive leadership to align brand messaging and growth objectives
• Influence team structure and long-term resourcing needs for Growth, including potential direct management of Marketing
• Define growth reporting, dashboards, and internal processes for performance visibility
Education And Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus
• 8+ years of growth, marketing, or DTC experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven success scaling a DTC business (preferably subscription-based or health-focused)
• Hands-on experience with paid media, performance marketing, CRM/lifecycle, and conversion optimization
• Strong understanding of DTC unit economics and full-funnel customer behavior
Required Skills And Abilities
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically at speed
• Analytical mindset with fluency in performance metrics, reporting tools, and optimization techniques
• Strong command of DTC channels including Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, email/SMS, and affiliate
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and working closely with Product and Creative
• Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to write copy, QA a funnel, or troubleshoot conversion issues
• Clear communicator and results-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Bonus Points
• Experience scaling a DTC health, wellness, or telemedicine brand
• Familiarity with concierge medical models or high-touch subscription services
• Proficiency in platforms like Hubspot, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Webflow, and Shopify
