We're looking for a one-of-a-kind individual to be our very first Head of Growth. This isn't a role for someone who needs a playbook or a large team. It's for a "scrappy" leader with an uncommon amount of common sense and the grit to get their hands dirty. You will be our single point of accountability for all revenue growth initiatives, working directly with the founders to build the go-to-market engine from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing: The Challenge
This is a high-stakes, high-impact role where you will own the entire growth loop, from strategy to execution. Success is measured by tangible results, not just effort. Your mission is to scale customer acquisition and revenue by:
• Forging Partnerships with Purpose: Identify and secure strategic partnerships with solar installers, manufacturers, and technology providers. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle, from outreach to post-activation relationship management. Your grit will be key here—you are a hunter who closes deals and builds lasting relationships.
• Driving Activation: Your compensation is tied directly to success. You will be responsible for ensuring our partners not only sign on but also activate our solutions. This means you will work with them to get their first installations live, ensuring our AI is used in the field.
• Building the Engine: Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy, from lead generation and demand generation to conversion optimization and revenue operations. You will be our strategic mind and our hands-on operator.
• Data-Driven Execution: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), using data to inform every decision. You will not just report on numbers; you will be responsible for moving them.

• A Strategic & Analytical Mind: You can think at a high level and also get into the weeds of a spreadsheet. You're a problem-solver who can untangle complex market challenges.
• The Understanding of a 1099 Role: You are comfortable and confident in a performance-based, independent contractor relationship where your compensation is tied directly to successful installations and activations.

Structure: This is a hybrid position with a performance-based commission structure. You are paid out on a commission basis after an installation is complete and activated, in alignment with the company's payment schedule.
