We’re looking for a proven Head of Growth to take Muzz to the next level. If you know your CACs from your LTV’s and your ROAS from your CPI’s, then this could be for you.
Armed with a multi million dollar annual budget, you will make executive data driven decisions around our digital and IRL growth roadmap. Performance marketing, brand marketing, SEO, ASO will all feed into this role which reports directly to the CEO. The ultimate goal – to build a data driven growth MACHINE at Muzz with every dollar accounted for and our approach as scalable as possible.
Day to day
• Promote a culture of rapid experimentation, creativity and staying ahead in growth innovation.
• Lead SEO/ASO/UA/Digital efforts across global markets/languages while managing and developing team members.
• Understanding our internal growth model alongside all inputs and executing strategy to achieve our growth targets, adjusting approach as necessary
• Constantly reviewing high level performance and spend metrics across each focus country and identifying areas of improvement
• Understand competitors to drive Muzz’s next growth phase.
• Collaborate with the data team and Product leaders to decide on spending and priorities, and improve growth analytics, insights, reporting, and dashboards
What we're looking for
• This role is perfect for someone who’s had 7+ years of performance marketing and digital growth experience, especially in startup or fast-paced consumer settings.
• Someone with proven success in brand marketing (digital and OOH), brand tracking and CAC reduction via brand awareness activities
• We need a strategic leader who can deliver consistent and scalable results across marketing channels and tactics.
• We’re growing rapidly in Europe, MENA and South Asia – you’ll have experience working on international app products
• You’re organised and structured, but this is a fast-paced startup – things change and we’ll need to change with them
• A data wizard. Someone who collaborates with the data team to underpin and influence key decisions.
• Strong experience in experiment design, prioritisation and planning.
• Someone who isn’t obsessed about needless process – ability to be agile
• Strong experience understanding the customer journey from a data driven perspective – acquisition, activation and retention
• Experience of data driven product marketing experimentation – particularly in ensuring customers get through the funnel and are retained
Requirements
• 7+ Years experience in performance marketing and growth roles with a focus on growth attribution modelling with strong MMP experience
• Proven experience of growth along organic and non organic attributed channels
• Successful track record of building and managing SEO/ASO/UA teams
• Proven ability to manage 8 figure budgets
• Deep understanding of tooling and strategy across the evolving marketing landscape alongside mobile attribution.
• Been the leader at a company through a high growth stage, adapting and evolving their performance marketing approach.
• Bonus: An understanding of Muslim culture and the Muslim scene - either lived or learned
• Bonus: You can fluently speak and write Arabic, French, German, Dutch, Urdu or Turkish
