Role description
Immediate start ideal Permanent A fast-scaling travel and experiences brand is building out a new growth function and we’re looking for a sharp, creative, hands-on operator to lead the charge. This is your chance to take Paid Social from a low base to a proven, scalable growth engine and play a pivotal role in shaping how a much-loved international brand acquires customers across key global markets. You’ll report directly to the CMO and act as their right hand on performance, creative, testing and optimisation starting with one of the brand’s flagship products and expanding across new geographies and channels. What You’ll Be Doing • Own and scale Paid Social strategy with Meta, TikTok and UGC at the core • Build high-performing full-funnel campaign structures across acquisition, retargeting, and lead-gen • Lead creative testing cycles briefing agencies, iterating based on results, and raising the bar • Work closely with Product, Design, and CRO to improve landing pages and post-click experience • Support CRM in building smarter nurture journeys from paid social lead capture • Test and validate campaigns quickly with a mandate to experiment, adapt, and scale • Help shift the business away from dependency on paid search toward performance-driven diversification • Contribute to the 2026 growth roadmap across new cities, audiences and acquisition models We’re Looking For Someone Who... • Has 8+ years in performance or growth marketing, ideally across D2C, travel, ticketing, or marketplaces • Has deep Paid Social expertise, with strong experience briefing, scaling and iterating Meta and TikTok campaigns • Understands how creative, landing pages and messaging work together to drive conversion • Has worked cross-functionally across product, design, CRM and analytics • Moves fast, thinks commercially, and thrives in scrappy, hands-on environments • Brings strong judgement, high standards, and a desire to build things that work Bonus points if: • Experience with Subscription businesses acquiring loyal customers, or business selling low frequency, high value products. • You have experience acros testing app install campaigns • Experience in start-up and/or scale-up environments. • Global remit of campaigns especially US • Established relationships with high-performing paid-social agencies or creative studios.
