Role Description
The Head of Growth will be responsible for driving growth via Meta, Google and Tik Tok Shops.
This is a key role within the company and will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our digital channels. You’ll will eventually establish and work alongside strong agency partners and manage a direct report responsible for influencer and organic social, with the mandate to expand your team as our channels scale.
You will work with the CEO to build a high-performance, profitable digital business—thriving in a fast-paced, early-stage environment and shaping the strategies, systems, and team needed to deliver ambitious growth.
Channel Execution and Optimization
• Lead performance marketing across paid search, social, influencer, RMNs, and emerging platforms
• Oversee digital merchandising, promotions, CRO, and pricing architecture in partnership with CEO
• Own CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, and push with a focus on retention and personalization
• Oversee content strategy, influencer partnerships, and organic social through your direct report — ensuring alignment with brand priorities and performance goals
• Lead creative testing and new channel exploration; test aggressively, scale what works, cut what doesn’t
• Ensure platform excellence, brand consistency, and content performance across digital touchpoints
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on, in-house performance marketing experience on Meta platforms. Experience within within home decor / home improvement categories is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record managing and scaling ad budgets.
• Advanced analytical skills with expertise in ROAS, CAC, LTV, MER, and attribution.
• Strong background in DTC/Home Decor experience preferred.
• Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel, Conversions API, and A/B testing.
• Skilled in building data reports and visualization dashboards.
• Deep fluency in performance media, CRM, analytics, and user experience
• Strong understanding of modern ecommerce and retention tools, including Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, and customer data platforms
• Strategic thinker with a growth mindset, excellent communication, and leadership abilities.
• Exceptional team leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic storytelling skills
• Proven ability to thrive in lean, fastmoving environments and build teams as the business scales
