What We're Looking For: Filterbaby is looking for a Head of Growth to lead and scale our DTC channel. We’re looking for someone who’s been battle-tested—someone who’s scaled real brands and knows how to combine media buying, analytics, and leadership into a durable growth machine. What You’ll Own Growth Strategy & Ownership Own the full growth P&L—driving CAC efficiency, LTV expansion, contribution margin, and net new customer acquisition. Set the strategic direction for growth and operate with autonomy and accountability. Channel Strategy & Media Execution Architect and lead acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, TV, and emerging channels. Ensure integrated planning, testing, and performance alignment across teams and platforms. Lifecycle Marketing & Retention Oversee all retention functions including email, SMS, and subscription performance. Collaborate closely with our lifecycle and tech leads to improve cohort metrics, reduce churn, and expand LTV through targeted, data-driven campaigns. Creative Performance & Feedback Loops Work closely with creative agencies, influencer, and UGC creators —ensuring a high-velocity feedback loop between performance data and new asset production. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Oversee and strategize continuous testing across pricing, landing pages, bundles, and funnels. Optimize for AOV, CVR, and full-funnel efficiency with structured hypotheses and clear measurement. Analytics & Decision-Making Infrastructure Build and maintain reporting frameworks using tools like Triplewhale, Google, GA4, and Shopify. Turn insights into action and ensure teams operate from clean, trusted data. You’re a Fit If... • If you have subscription based, beauty, CPG and media buying experience • You think like a founder and operate like an owner—accountable, proactive, and obsessed with results. • You’ve profitably managed $35K+/day in paid media across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok, and allocated spend based on CAC:LTV efficiency. • You've profitably scaled Meta monthly from low 6 figures to high 6 figures • You’re full-funnel fluent—combining acquisition, CRO, and retention into one cohesive growth machine. • You’re analytical to the core-turning insights into strategy. • You’re technical—you can troubleshoot tracking, pixels, attribution, and platforms like Elevar without waiting on support. • You’re disciplined and systems-oriented—structured testing, weekly reviews, and playbooks are your baseline. • You know when to scale, when to pivot, and how to filter signals from noise. • You’re always learning—benchmarking competitors, talking to operators, and sharpening your edge. • You’re competitive and obsessive—you wake up thinking about how to beat yesterday’s numbers.
