Our client in the pet space is hiring a Head of Growth in the UK!
What You’ll Do:
• Own and drive our entire growth engine across paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok), email/SMS, CRO, attribution, landing pages, and more
• Work directly with the founder to prioritize and execute high-leverage growth initiatives
• Oversee performance and creative strategy with our agencies and freelancers
• Deeply analyze and optimize every key growth lever and metric
• Collaborate with product, creative, and ops to launch and scale new verticals - including supplements, subscriptions, and international markets
• Help shape the team around you - from processes to future hires
