About the Role:
We're looking for a Head of Growth with a sharp focus on scaling Meta advertising, the core driver of our performance marketing. In this role, you'll lead strategy, execution, and optimization of high-impact Meta campaigns, managing substantial budgets to drive rapid customer acquisition and revenue growth. While Meta will be your primary focus, you'll also oversee our broader performance marketing efforts, guiding the media buying team and collaborating with creative, marketing, and analytics to deliver results that move the needle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and continuously refine our Meta advertising strategy to achieve growth and profitability goals.
• Manage and optimize significant ad budgets, implementing data-driven campaign optimizations.
• Establish and track key performance metrics (ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead rigorous A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve campaign performance.
• Mentor media buyers and align tactical execution with strategic vision.
• Ensure all campaigns meet Meta advertising and compliance standards, particularly in health and supplements.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Who You Are:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on, in-house performance marketing experience on Meta platforms, specifically within cosmetics or nutrition product categories- this is a must
• Proven track record managing and scaling seven-figure annual ad budgets.
• Advanced analytical skills with expertise in ROAS, CAC, LTV, MER, and attribution.
• Strong background in DTC/FMCG, with cosmetics or supplements experience preferred.
• Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel, Conversions API, and A/B testing.
• Skilled in building data reports and visualization dashboards.
• Strategic thinker with a growth mindset, excellent communication, and leadership abilities.
• Comfortable adapting to fast-paced changes and mentoring others.
• we are looking for a leader to scale META spend from 12 to 50k a day
