While healthcare experience is not required, having a sharp aesthetic sensibility, excellent taste, and a track record of building visually stunning, emotionally resonant campaigns is essential. This role is for a creative marketing leader who can craft a unique brand voice, drive impactful storytelling, and connect deeply with consumers — while rolling up their sleeves to execute in a resource-constrained environment. Job Duties: • Creative Leadership: Develop a brand aesthetic and marketing collateral that could be mistaken for the highest-end luxury brands. Manage the creative process end-to-end—from concept to production—ensuring every asset meets exacting standards. • Brand Vision & Strategy: Define and articulate a clear, inspiring brand narrative that conveys trust, elegance, and innovation. Translate that vision into campaigns and content that reflect world-class taste and quality. • Integrated Campaigns: Own the full marketing funnel. Develop compelling campaigns across various channels—paid ads, social media, influencer partnerships, email marketing, content marketing, and experiential activations—to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. • Growth & Optimization: Experiment relentlessly with messaging, creative formats, and targeting strategies. Use data to inform decisions, refine campaigns, and scale successes efficiently. • Team Building & Collaboration: Initially, you’ll work hands-on and independently, but as we grow, you will recruit, mentor, and manage a lean team of high-performing marketers and collaborate closely with design, product, and operations. Qualifications: • 7+ years of experience across different domains (e. g. , healthcare AND non- healthcare, start- ups and larger companies) and breadth of experience with different types of marketing • 1+ stint in digital healthcare AND 1+ stint at a NON- healthcare company AND 1+ stint at a well- known, venture- backed start- up (these can overlap, e. g. , health start- up • Strong consumer intuition and experience building 0 –> 1 in fashion, apparel, e- commerce, a consumer marketplace, or any other great brand • Experience at companies with high expectations, strong traction, and a good culture • Breadth of experience across functions/skills/types (e. g. , paid aids, SEO, product marketing, CRM) as opposed to hyper specialisation in one field • Self- starter with a "batteries included" mentality (proactively execute & resourceful) • Strong communication and ability to balance defending opinions with considering new opinions depending on the situation / team input Full benefits and advancement opportunities!
