Role description
Spline is an category-defining design platform driving forward interactive, collaborative, and real-time 2.5D + 3D design. We need a seasoned growth marketing leader to drive both organic and paid marketing strategy, demand generation, and collaborate with GTM team to expand our enterprise footprint globally. Responsibilities Lead Omni-Channel Growth Marketing Oversee performance marketing, content, events, brand strategy, product marketing, social media, organic channels, website optimization, email and lifecycle campaigns, SEO, and more. Optimize acquisition funnel and maximize effectiveness across digital footprint. Build and Scale Demand Generation Create and manage a demand engine to drive lead acquisition, pipeline generation, and conversion. Leverage advertising, SEO, email, lifecycle programs, CRO, and marketing automation to build high-impact, scalable campaigns. Cross-Functional Leadership Own marketing collaboration with Growth and GTM teams. Align on brand messaging, segmentation, pipeline attribution, and feedback loops between marketing and product. Qualifications Proven B2B/SaaS Marketing Leader 8+ years driving growth in B2B and Enterprise environments, with experience building high-performing Go-To-Market and demand generation functions. Exceptional ability to craft and test scalable strategies and playbooks. Data-Driven & Metrics Obsessed Experience defining and optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MQLs, SQLs, pipeline velocity, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, retention, and ROI across marketing programs. Hands-On Execution & Team Leadership Capable of both strategic vision and hands-on execution across marketing disciplines. Proven leadership managing and scaling diverse marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Fluent in MarTech & Growth Tools Proficient with marketing automation, analytics tools, paid acquisition channels, SEO tools, and CRO frameworks. Strategic Storyteller & Brand Builder Strong communicator, able to articulate value propositions and brand positioning clearly across internal teams, stakeholders, and prospects.
