Organised is building the UK’s real food marketplace and logistics layer, paired with a flagship nutrient-dense blend and an app that connects people to local raw milk and regenerative farms. We exist to disrupt the modern food system, improve daily health for customers, and create stronger, more resilient businesses for farmers.
Why this role exists
We run a two-engine model. Engine 1 is the Organised Blend with strong unit economics. Engine 2 is a zero commission Organised platform that helps farms win. Your challenge is to make Engine 1 fund mass acquisition for Engine 2, and then let Engine 2 grow demand for Engine 1. Design the flywheel that changes how every person in the UK buys food. Quality across farms, service, blend, marketplace, and ordering is the non‑negotiable bar.
You will
• Own acquisition end to end across paid search, paid social, influencer and affiliate, partnerships, and field activations. Set targets, budgets, testing plans, and attribution. Manage agencies where useful and build in‑house where it gives edge.
• Build an AI growth stack for speed and precision, creative generation and scoring, audience modeling, CAC and payback forecasting, MMM-style signal checks, alerts, and automated experiment loops.
• Turn the blend margin into disciplined growth for the zero commission platform. Stand up farm and consumer acquisition loops that compound.
• Work the funnels yourself, write ads and landing pages, brief UGC, iterate offers, ship daily experiments, read the data, and move budget within hours.
• Tackle objections head on, especially price and unfamiliar ingredients, using insights from our customers.
• Partner directly with the founder and product to keep the marketplace fast, simple, and failure tolerant. When needed, get onsite with farms and customers.
You bring
• 5 plus years owning performance growth in fast e‑commerce or marketplace contexts with clear wins on CAC, payback, and revenue. Agency oversight is fine, but you can also do the work.
• Deep mastery of Meta, Google, and creator ecosystems, plus strong channel strategy instincts for when to scale and when to stop.
• AI fluency across prompts, agents, retrieval, evals, and telemetry. AI or die.
• Product sense and creative taste. You simplify, refine, and raise quality at every layer of the business.
• Ownership as default. You make the call, unblock yourself, ship, and hold the standard.
