Position Overview
As our Head of Growth, you'll drive accelerated growth for our direct-to-consumer premium brand targeting 2x revenue growth over the next two years. Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution
• Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across paid digital, affiliate partnerships, email/SMS, direct mail, PR, and emerging channels
• Drive efficient customer acquisition with focus on sustainable unit economics and lifetime value optimization
• Partner with leadership on revenue forecasting and strategic planning to support aggressive growth targets
Analytics & Performance Leadership
• Deliver data-driven insights through comprehensive performance analysis across all marketing channels
• Implement measurement frameworks that guide strategic decisions and budget allocation
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to maintain strategic advantage
Team & Resource Management
• Oversee network of specialized contractors and vendors across all marketing functions
• Manage marketing budgets and strategic investments in tools, technology, and talent
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with product, operations, and executive teams
Customer-Centric Marketing
• Lead customer research initiatives to deepen audience understanding and inform targeting strategies
• Develop comprehensive customer lifecycle marketing that maximizes retention and repeat purchases
• Strengthen brand positioning within the competitive household goods marketplace

Experience & Background
• 8-10 years in growth marketing at intermediate to senior levels, with demonstrated experience scaling DTC brands
