Head of Growth & Strategy Location: Flexible (Remote-first, with travel for key meetings) Start Date: ASAP About LegitGrails LegitGrails is a fast-scaling authentication platform for luxury goods, trusted by marketplaces, retailers, and collectors worldwide. We authenticate thousands of items every month across categories like handbags, sneakers, watches, streetwear, and trading cards. With a few million USD in annual turnover and partnerships spanning global resale platforms and enterprise clients, we’re building the gold standard in digital and physical authentication. We’re now looking for a Head of Growth & Strategy to take our B2B partnerships and authentication innovation to the next level. Your Role As Head of Growth & Strategy, you’ll be the driving force behind LegitGrails’ expansion. You’ll lead our enterprise partnerships while shaping new authentication products (financial guarantee, academy, physical tags, “LegitGrails Verified”). This is a senior role reporting directly to the Founder/CEO. You’ll have autonomy, budget, and the mandate to grow revenue and brand credibility globally. What You’ll Do • Partnerships & BizDev • Identify, pitch, and close enterprise deals with marketplaces, resale platforms, and retailers. • Build long-term strategic relationships with platforms like TikTok Shop, Mercari, StockX, and other global commerce players. • Authentication Strategy • Drive new product lines: Financial Guarantee, Academy, Physical Tags, LegitGrails Verified. • Position LegitGrails as the trusted standard in authentication worldwide. • Growth & Revenue • Own topline growth metrics. • Structure, negotiate, and deliver partnerships that generate recurring revenue. • Ensure smooth execution in collaboration with our operations team. • Leadership & Vision • Represent LegitGrails externally in calls, conferences, and client meetings. • Translate market opportunities into actionable strategy. What We’re Looking For • Background in Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategy at a marketplace, resale platform, luxury retail group, or commerce platform. • Strong network or experience with TikTok Shop, Mercari, or other e-commerce platforms is a big plus. • Proven ability to close B2B deals and manage enterprise accounts. • Strategic thinker who also loves to hustle and execute. • Excellent communicator and deal negotiator. • Passion for luxury goods, resale, or authentication is a bonus.
