You’ll build trust with clients, negotiate hard but fair, and create deals that work for everyone. You won’t give people what they want—you’ll give them what they need. Responsibilities • Hunt and win new clients across Australia and the US, building a world-class client portfolio. • Drive growth across Agency, ToolKit™, and Ventures, deeply understanding what we sell and why it matters. • Negotiate with intelligence—balancing ambition and pragmatism to secure deals that endure. • Teach clients what they need, not just echo what they want—a natural challenger seller mindset. • Create repeatable growth by selling back into existing clients, turning one win into many. • Act as the face of Love + Money in key markets—confident, relentless, magnetic. • Partner with the leadership team to shape growth strategy, client targeting, and deal structures. How Will You Be Measured? • New business growth: delivering $1.5M+ AUD in new billings per quarter. • Client mix: building a roster of high-calibre, aligned clients. • Repeatability: securing ongoing scopes from every win. • Internal trust: delivering growth without stitching up the delivery team. • Financial performance: client profitability at 70%+. • Leadership presence: being requested by name in pitch rooms, boardrooms, and industry conversations.
