Role description
Weβre looking for a sharp, analytical, and performance-obsessed Head of Growth to lead customer acquisition and scale a fast-growing, premium fintech business. This is a senior leadership role with direct impact β youβll be owning the growth engine, optimising spend, and building a scalable acquisition machine that attracts a discerning, affluent audience.
Youβll bring a deep command of paid channels, data, and funnel conversion β and pair it with a refined sense of how to market a product with elevated positioning and emotional appeal.
π What Youβll Do
β’ Own and lead our customer acquisition strategy, from planning to execution β across Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, YouTube, and Affiliates.
β’ Build and manage rigorous testing frameworks to drive CAC down and LTV up.
β’ Work closely with Data & Creative to ensure campaigns are targeted, relevant, and conversion-optimised.
β’ Continuously analyse campaign data, audience performance, attribution and funnel efficiency β reporting weekly with insight-led actions.
β’ Collaborate with Brand, Product and Content teams to align messaging, landing pages, and onsite experience to acquisition goals.
β’ Oversee agency partnerships where relevant, ensuring accountability and strong ROAS.
β’ Hire and lead a small performance and growth team as we scale.
π§ You Should Have
β’ 5+ years in performance marketing, ideally with 2+ years leading a growth function for a premium or DTC brand.
β’ Proven ability to profitably scale Paid Social, Google Ads and Display channels.
β’ Deep fluency with data and attribution β from cohort tracking to incrementally testing.
β’ Experience marketing to high-net-worth or affluent consumer audiences β and an understanding of nuance, taste, and trust in premium segments.
β’ Comfortable balancing rigorous analytical thinking with brand-conscious execution.
β’ Proactive, commercially-minded, and fluent in the metrics that matter: CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, AOV.
β’ London-based or able to work regularly from a London HQ.
