The Role
As Head of Influencer, you’ll define and lead our influencer and affiliate strategy across TikTok Shop, build scalable frameworks for sourcing and activating high-performing creators, and manage campaigns end-to-end. You’ll also lead a team passionate about driving creator-led growth while acting as a strategic advisor to clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead influencer & affiliate strategy across TikTok Shop, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Build and manage high-performing creator networks, including onboarding, education, and incentives.
• Develop and execute TikTok Shop creator campaigns that drive GMV and measurable results.
• Manage and grow the influencer marketing team, setting goals and coaching team members.
• Collaborate with account, creative, and strategy teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and affiliate metrics.
• Stay ahead of TikTok trends, algorithm updates, and creator marketplace innovations.
Requirements
• 4+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or affiliate marketing, ideally with TikTok/social commerce experience.
• Proven track record of scaling influencer campaigns that deliver measurable commercial results.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop affiliate mechanics and creator partnerships.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to optimise campaigns using performance data.
