Seeking a strategic, hands-on marketing leader to drive brand and growth marketing efforts across all touchpointsβfrom launch campaigns to performance marketing to brand storytelling. This role offers high autonomy and impact, ideal for someone who can balance vision with execution and lead cross-functional teams with clarity.
Key Responsibilities
Launch & Scale
β’ Lead integrated go-to-market strategy for a new product launch in the US
β’ Oversee full-funnel marketing across PR, social, influencer, paid, content, and retail
β’ Track performance and optimize campaigns based on data and insights
Brand & Content
β’ Own brand positioning, creative development, and messaging across channels
β’ Ensure brand consistency across web, packaging, email, and more
Growth & Performance
β’ Manage paid media strategy and agency partnerships
β’ Oversee CRM, lifecycle marketing, and customer journey optimization
β’ Identify new channels and retention opportunities
Team & Leadership
β’ Manage internal creatives (design, content, copy)
β’ Lead agency relationships with a focus on clear KPIs
β’ Collaborate with product, ops, and leadership to align marketing with business goals
Future Building
