• Distributor Transitions & Channel Expansion
• Support the GM in managing distributor transitions in identified markets, ensuring business continuity and alignment with the commercial team and business plan.
• Own the roadmap and timelines for the onboarding of up to 7 new e-tailers from the AU distributor, ensuring operational readiness, commercial alignment, and seamless integration.
• Operational & Process Transformation
• Diagnose inefficiencies & risk areas across digital, supply chain, forecasting, and market operations with a primary focus on all DTC.
• Implement streamlined processes and tools to support scalability and efficiency.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and Commercial teams to build robust reporting and forecasting models.
• Cross-Functional Programme Management
• Lead multi-workstream transformation projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and budgets are met using Asana.
• Provide regular reporting to GM and ExC, including KPIs and risk management updates.
• Build clear business cases and secure stakeholder alignment for all initiatives.
• Capability & Change Management
• Create documentation and playbooks for market entry and DTC operations that can be scaled.
• Coach internal teams to embed new ways of working and increase agility.
Key KPIs:
• Successful launch of six new DTC websites by agreed market timelines.
• 3PL operations fully live and achieving SLAs (delivery lead times, cost, and customer satisfaction).
• Zero downtime or major disruptions during distributor transitions.
