We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to own and execute the entire growth strategy—from demand generation and ABM/ABX to experimentation across new channels. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, early-stage AI startup, ideal for someone entrepreneurial who’s excited to build from the ground up and drive measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and scale all growth marketing channels (ABM, outbound, inbound, content, paid, social)
• Collaborate closely with Sales to target top accounts and move them through the funnel
• Professionalize and 10x performance of existing channels like outbound, LinkedIn, and paid acquisition
• Launch experiments across webinars, partnerships, events, influencers, PLG, and more
• Develop and test new hypotheses to unlock growth opportunities
• Drive qualified prospect engagement month-over-month
You Might Be a Fit If You:
• Have 5+ years in growth or acquisition marketing with a focus on new customer acquisition
• Thrive in ambiguity and love building from scratch
• Excel at ABM and have a track record of scaling channel performance
• Are data-driven with a strong experimental mindset
