About This Role
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on, and results-focused leader to build upon a New Digital brand. The successful candidate will be accountable for defining the Telco Digital brand, play a key role in the product evolution, as well as support marketing activities related to new revenue verticals. S/ he will be expected to define target segments, needs, relevance - this is an opportunity to be innovative with targeting, social media, influencers, community engagement, referrals, and traditional media.

We are seeking a high-impact, growth-focused Head of Marketing to lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for a new digital telco brand launching in the MENA region. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a mission-critical role responsible for building a differentiated brand, driving full-funnel growth, and crafting bold, locally resonant narratives in a highly competitive digital telco operator market.
You will play a foundational role in shaping how our brand enters and wins in-market: from brand building to performance marketing and go-to-market execution. This is an ideal opportunity for a senior marketer with strong digital DNA and a commercial mindset to help build a high-velocity B2C telco challenger brand from Day 1.
What You Will Be Doing
β’ Lead full-funnel marketing strategy: Own acquisition and engagement outcomes across digital and offline channels, delivering channel performance and growth
β’ Lead GTM planning: Develop and execute on the go-to-market plan, including messaging / communications, channel mix, and launch end-to-end campaign plan, ensuring clear differentiation and alignment with the broader brand and commercial strategy
β’ Design and co-create a distinctive and authentic B2C digital brand: Shape and adapt the brand narrative, personality, and tone of voice, ensuring local cultural relevance and authenticity, while maintaining consistency with the universal brand identity / positioning
β’ Own media and channel planning and execution: Lead creative and media planning across digital, social, influencer, content and ATL, including optimization plans for reach, cost efficiency, and impact across target customer segments
β’ Build and deliver to key growth metrics: Define and execute against core marketing KPIs, e.g., customer acquisition, CPA, engagement, and revenue contribution, aligned to the businessβ North Star metrics / objectives
β’ Collaborate cross-functionality to deliver impact: Partner with the Product, Design, Commercial, and Circles teams to ensure that marketing efforts reflect the latest product features, pricing strategies and customer insights
β’ Functional leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing local marketing team that thrives in a digital-first, test-and-learn culture
What We Are Looking For
β’ 15+ years of total experience, including 7+ years in marketing leadership roles within high-growth B2C digital, telco, or technology businesses or startups.
β’ Strong command of Arabic (both written and verbal).
β’ Strong track record of building consumer (B2C) brands and scaling customer acquisition across full-funnel channels (Working in brand and marcom head roles)
β’ Proven success in marketing or launching new consumer propositions and driving rapid user growth through performance, influencer, and content-led innovative consumer campaigns
β’ Deep experience in MENA markets, with the ability to localize marketing and creative strategy to regional insights
β’ Experience operating in zero-to-one or scale-up environments with marketing budget ownership and strong commercial acumen strongly preferred
