THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Head of Marketing & E-Commerce to lead our brand into its most exciting phase yet. This is a high-impact role for a visionary marketer and digital expert, someone who can marry creative brand storytelling with data-driven decision-making, and who thrives in a fast-paced, design-led environment.
You’ll shape our marketing and e-commerce strategy across all channels, elevate the brand, and lead a talented team to deliver growth. As we deepen our alliance with Next, you’ll also play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and scaling our success across new audiences and platforms.
You’ll report directly to the Founders and work closely with Content, Creative, E-Comm, Product, and Finance to drive campaigns and customer experience across the board.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of our brand, marketing, and e-commerce strategies
• Oversee content creation, paid media, email/SMS (Klaviyo), SEO, social, and influencer marketing
• Optimise the e-commerce experience with a strong focus on UX/UI, conversion and storytelling
• Own performance reporting, budget allocation, and campaign analysis
• Partner with the Founders and cross-functional teams to align trading, product and creative calendars
• Manage and grow a high-performing team with curiosity, clarity and creativity
What We're Looking For
• Proven leadership in brand, marketing, and e-commerce—ideally within interiors, fashion, or lifestyle
• Experience building and scaling digital-first brands with strong commercial results
• Confident leading teams and collaborating across departments
• A natural storyteller with a design eye and a mind for metrics
• Hands-on knowledge of paid media, Klaviyo, Shopify (or similar), and data tools
• Someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial, creative and fast-evolving environment
