Role overview As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for building and leading the marketing function from the ground up. You will define the GTM strategy, drive brand positioning, and accelerate user acquisition and revenue growth for our products in international markets. What You’ll Do β€’ Develop and execute a comprehensive North American marketing strategy encompassing brand, demand gen, growth, product marketing, and communications. β€’ Lead 0-to-1 GTM and scaling efforts for the new product , covering growth, content, and marketing operations. β€’ Drive pipeline generation and revenue acceleration through data-driven campaigns across multiple channels (SEO/SEM, social, events, partnerships). β€’ Establish strong cross-functional alignment with Product, and Executive teams to ensure cohesive messaging and business growth. β€’ Own the marketing budget, optimize ROI, and report regularly to leadership on performance metrics and strategic insights. What We’re Looking For β€’ 10+ years of marketing leadership experience in high-growth B2B/B2C SaaS, AI, or e-commerce PLG companies. β€’ Proven track record in 0-to-1 product marketing or successfully launching and scaling internally incubated products within large tech organizations.
